Library is the heart of the Educational Institution. Our Library has not only been the heart of this Institution but a source of inspiration to student and staff. In the teaching-learning process library plays an vital role in supporting the knowledge building, by complementing the classroom learning and laboratory techniques. Library stores individual information, institutional information and societal information on its shelves with the hope that several users use the same information and apply for the benefit of the society.
SKBR College Central Library which was established in 1952 catering to the needs of a few teachers and students has grown in leaps and bounds in the span of 71 years and today it has more than 72743 Volumes and has been subscribing more than 22 magazines and 8 journals, 5 English and Telugu News papers available for students and staff. Today one of the biggest libraries in the affiliated colleges of Adikavi Nannaya University,Rajamahendravaram.
With a view to encourage students to use the digital world. We have a member ship of INFLIBNET N-LIST and NDL which will give access to a Number of e-journals and e-books
Joined in the service on 22.7.1953. Mr.Raghavarao was the first Librarian of Sree Konaseema Bhanoji Ramars College Library. His incessant efforts in the development of the Library are unforgettable. He retired from service on 28.2.1986

Smt.M.Chandra Bhanu M.A.,M.L.I.Sc. Joined in service as Librarian in 1986. She was the Second Librarian of SKBR College Library. She did M.A., History from Andhra University, Vizag in 1982. She secured First Class in B.L.I.Sc., from Jabalpur University in 1985 and M.L.I.Sc., with Second Class from Annamalai University, Chidambaram in 1995. She attended a refresher course in 1988 conducted by Andhra University, Vizag. She retired from service on 30.6.2012.
She joined as Assistant Librarian in 3.4.1998 and she retired from service on 31.5.2011.
Joined in the service on 12.9.2006 as Assistant Librarian and later he promoted as Librarian on 11.7.2012. He did M.A., Politics from Andhra University, Vizag in 1996. He secured First Class in M.LI.Sc., from Madhurai Kamaraj University, Madhurai in 2005. He did M.A. English from Gitam University, Vizag in 2012 and He did Post Graduate Diploma in Library Automation and Networking from Central University, Hyderabad. He Completed the Swayam ARPIT Course “Emerging Trends & Technologies in Library & Information Science” in 2020. Mr.Sarma holds a Type writing English and Telugu Higher Grade Certificates and Hindi Lower Grade Certificate. He holds Diploma in Computer Applications and Certificate of Information Technology. He attended a Wokshop in 2015 conducted by DELNET, NEWDELHI at Vignan University, Vadlamudi.
Mr.Sarma Participated in Different Academic Activities like as a Member in Library Advisory Committee, Member in College Magazine Committee, Member in NAAC Committee for preparation of Criteria-IV for Re accreditation report, To attend Examinations work and Invigilation work , Participating in all administrative activities with permission of the Head of the Institution. Participated in First Year Students Enrichment Programme (FISEP) – A Orientation Programme for First Degree Students Conducted by Department of Zoology, Creating Awareness to students to apply for Scholarships
