The Career Guidance and Placement Cell (CGPC) play a key role in connecting students with employment
opportunities. CGPC includes a group of lecturers and one convener along with them. CGPC acts a bridge between the college and industry
by proposing the eligible students to the prospective companies; CGPC takes feedback from the industry on an ongoing basis and equips
the students with the job oriented skills. CGPC is also known as TPO (Training and Placement Office) in the industry.
CGPC invites the companies to the college for pre-placement talks, helps the companies in short listing the suitable students and finally
facilitates the interviews leading to job offers to the students.
CGPC also counsels the students about choosing the right career. In this regard, CGPC works very closely with the collegealumni
leveraging the powerful alumni network.
