Any visitor shall enter into campus after signing in the visitors register, which is kept at the entrance security post.
Visitors may include prospective students, old students and prominent old students of the college, Sudents from the neighbouring schools and colleges, VIPs, actors from film industry etc.
If the visitors are prospective students along with other visitors come to the campus to learn about the college, culture on campus, academics and various programs offered by the college, for such people they are directed to meet the admission committee consisting of a group of teaching staff members for further enquiry on their requirements after signing in the register.
If the visitors are old students come to the college for the student services (like TC,CC and Mark lists), they are allowed between 3PM to 5PM in all the working days after signing in the visitors register.
If the visitors are Students from Various schools and colleges in and around Amalapuram are allowed to visit the laboratories on their request at a stipulated time.
As and when prominent and VIP visitors entered in to the campus, the security will make a call to the principal stating that some Important coming to the campus. Then they will be honored by the Principal in the chamber.
